Sage Group in $490 Million Bond Offering

According to an article in Business Live, Sage Group PLC is set to close on a first ever bond offering of approximately $490 million.

According to the article:

“The offering is expected to settle on 25 February 2021 subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions.

“The notes issue extends the maturity of the group’s debt portfolio and diversifies its funding sources.

“Sage intends to use the proceeds to repay its existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
